Closed-Cell Spray Foam

Closed-cell spray foam is typically used in colder climates.

With a more compact structure, closed-cell is a higher-density spray foam insulation. It is water-resistant, while also serving as a vapor barrier and high performance air barrier. Closed-cell can be installed anywhere in the home, inside, outside, in ground.

 Open-Cell Spray Foam

Open-cell spray foam is typically used in warmer climates.

Open-cell is an insulation and air barrier product. This innovative spray foam has tiny cells which are not completely closed. It is usually less expensive because the density is lower, 0.5 lb/ft 3. Often used to insulate interior walls, it minimizes outdoor noise intrusion. It is not recommended for outdoor applications.
